Lead brokers, advertising agencies, list brokers: we are satisfied with our current level of business and do not purchase leads, do mass media advertising or mailers.
Notaries: we do not order notary services. Our Escrow service handles notary orders.
Appraisers: we do not order appraisals, but use an appraisal management service.
Title and Escrow Companies: we only use title and escrow services that handle reverse mortgage exclusively and we are currently very happy with the service that we receive.
